  • ANISEED

Ascidians are a powerful model organism for cis-regulatory analysis. Thus, Ciona intestinalis cis-regulatory regions and corresponding regulatory motifs are described in Aniseed and linked to its browser. The system also presents corresponding constructs that were experimentally tested and links these to spatial and temporal activities. Currently, regulatory elements from 26 genes are available on Aniseed.

  • DBTGR

DBTGR provides information on tunicate gene regulation, including the location of expression, the identified regulatory elements present in the promoter sequence and the transcription factors involved.
