Home	ANISEED Ascidians are a powerful model organism for cis-regulatory analysis. Thus, Ciona intestinalis cis-regulatory regions and corresponding regulatory motifs are described in Aniseed and linked to its browser. The system also presents corresponding constructs that were experimentally tested and links these to spatial and temporal activities.
